Please follow the instructions below which show you how to download and use our Quick IT Support client.

Quick IT Support1. Click on the Download Our Application (link above)
2. Save it to your desktop (please make sure that you run this application on the computer/server you need help with or at least have the means to connect to the server/pc in question once we connect to your machine)
3. Run the application. If asked if you want to allow this application to run, please just click YES.
4. When the application starts, you will be presented with a unique ID number. That number shold be entered during order process (you must be connected to the internet in order to obtain an ID number)
5. If you have selected ASAP as the time you would like us to connect to your machine then please leave our application open and running on your machine and one of our technicians will connect to your machine ASAP.
6. If you ordered a support session for time that is suitable for you then please make sure that our Quick IT Support application is running on your machine at least 5 minutes before your selected time slot.


Our Support Client application uses port 80. If you can access the internet you can use our application. No firewall changes and no admin rights are neccessary in order to use our IT Support client.
