What is remote IT Support?

Can you get back into my computer after my session is over?
No. Once your service is complete and you close our application we can no longer see or access your computer.

Can you send a technician to my home/office for support?
Yes. We can send a certified technician to your home or office if you are located within 25 miles of RG1 postcode.. Most service requests can be fulfilled within 24 hours. Our on-site IT support is charged @ £60/hr for workstations and £95/hr for servers..


Our Support Client application uses port 80. If you can access the internet you can use our application. No firewall changes and no admin rights are neccessary in order to use our IT Support client.
